Using Clubs
You may use Clubs for personal, lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity connected to your linked profiles.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Clubs in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Statistics and third-party data
Match and player statistics may depend on third-party platforms and can be delayed, incomplete, or changed. Clubs is an independent companion app and is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
Ownership
Clubs, including its design, branding, and original software, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubs and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
Termination
We may restrict access when these terms are violated or when necessary to protect the app and its users. You may stop using Clubs at any time.
